Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier.
Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
For the credit/debit card payment, you will be redirected to the secure SAGEPAY site to enter your card details securely. SAGEPAY (formally Protx) is the UK's largest independent Payment Service Provider, handle all card transactions on our behalf.
We accept most major credit and debit cards. If you are shopping from outside the UK, simply place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Shipping And Handling
UK customers please note that most orders under £100 items are despatched individually via Guernsey Post. Prices quoted on each Product page are inclusive of postage & packing charges within the UK.
* Overseas customers
Overseas customers - please choose the correct postage band based on the total number of jars / pots / packs / soaps at checkout.
** Wholesale customers
Contact us in the first intance for our wholesale prices.
For wholesale orders outside the UK we have to add the carriage costs applicable to your order.

Delivery Schedule
Ordinarily, your order should be dispatched witihn 2 working days of receipt and we advise to allow up to 21 days for UK deliveries. Orders to outside the UK may take a little longer.
In case of any delay due to excessive demand then we will contact you.

Credit Card Security
We use SAGEPAY as our Payment Service Provider for all orders. SAGEPAY (formally Protx) is the largest independent PSP in the UK.
Online customers will be redirected to the secure SAGEPAY payment site for submission of credit/debit card details. SAGEPAY verify and handle the card transaction on our behalf.
You will receive an email confirming that you have placed an order and your order will normally be dispatched within 2 working days of receipt. In case of any delays due to excessive demand we will notify you.

LITTLE HERBAL INTERNATIONAL LTD do not disclose buyers' information to any third parties or marketing companies. Your name, address, contact information is kept purely for our records. No credit/debit card information is stored by Little Herbal International since Sagepay (our Payment Service Provider) handle the payment process on our behalf.
Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. They are also used after you have logged on as part of that process. You can turn off cookies within your browser by going to 'Tools | Internet Options | Privacy' and selecting to block cookies. Returns Policy
If there is any dissatisfaction with our herbal supplements, Simba & Filisa, then we do accept these items for refunds. We will accept unopened items that are returned within 7 days of customer receipt and with the seal intact.
Due to the nature of our creams & balm we cannot accept these returned items and do not offer refunds. This applies to Themba, Kuswera Zuro, Oshana and the Pimple Pack.
We would also appreciate the reason as to why you are unhappy with your order or item. Customer feedback is invaluable and helps us to serve you better in the future.
