1. About NALALA
Dear Little Herbal,
I would just like to thank you for this life changing product. After years of waking up every couple of hours through the night, pacing up and down, and feeling like death in the morning, I now take a couple of Nalala capsules with a hot drink before bed and sleep like a baby. It doesn't knock you out, you just seem to drift away without a care in the world.

Dear Lesley,
I have enclosed some pictures of my feet as they were and are now. Quite horrible to look at makes me sick to look at them.
I have moisturised and creamed them every night [with Themba].
They are quite good now.
But every so often a split appears, looks like someone has cut me and painful to touch. Here's hoping to a good recovery!

I have been using Themba cream for about four years now. It relieves the dry itchy skin and it also seems to encourage reduction of surgery scars that I have. As you know, my husband suffers from CFS/ME and he has to wear tube grips because he can not manage to walk without them. Since he has to wear them 24/7 the skin is very dry and no hair growth which he had a lot before this problem started. The itching could get so severe that the skin comes up in sores that bleeds and seeps at times.
Any way, one day while I was applying Themba he took some to try on his knees and legs where the skin is very dry and itchy. Themba application relieved the itching skin and encouraged its healing. He had a jar of his own and used Themba continuously for about 3 months, as the cream relieved the discomfort. Now he has stopped using it continuously and uses it only when needed.

My daughter had never had any trouble with her feet but suddenly developed blisters, a burning sensation and a constant itch. This was so bad that she would have rubbed her feet on the carpet until they bled - just to try and get some relief.
The doctor said it was a fungal infection and gave her some cream which seemed to clear it for a short time. They again became itchy and her condition seemed to be getting worse - the blisters were appearing along the side and over the top of her feet and she was very conscious of their appearance during the summer when she liked to wear sandals. Eventually her feet got so bad that it appeared as though they had been slashed with a blade! After suffering for four years and trying lots of creams she was referred to a skin specialist who quite casually said that she would just have to live with the problem!!!
I read an article - I think in My Weekly - about Little Herbal and thought anything was worth a try and treated J to a jar of Themba. By the end of the first jar she felt that while there wasn't a vast improvement, there was certainly an improvement! So we ordered another three jars. J used the cream morning and night and while the results were slow they have been amazing. She now uses the cream every second or third day just as a precaution.
J would recommend this cream to anyone who suffers from as she says "sad" feet - she is delighted to say she now has "happy healthy" feet!

Could I please have a pot of your wonderful Themba for my grandson for his eczema.
As for myself, after suffering over 65 years of misery, I am now able at the age of 77 to wear shorts!!! In my case it is psoriasis, and although I still have a patch or two it is nothing like I used to have, and I wanted to pass on my relief to T. while he is still young.

Many thanks for the Themba cream which I received very promptly!
My daughter has !!<chronic eczema which can flare up very badly during the hot weather. This has just occurred and she had reached the point of severe infection about 4 weeks ago.
Her skin was in a terrible state and she had gouged holes in her hands and feet which had allowed the infection in. Therefore I had a twofold problem of the itching caused by the eczema and that which was caused by the healing of the parts that she had scratched until they were raw.
I put Themba on one half of her (i.e. hands, knees and feet) which had been affected the most and on the other half I put conventional steroid/antibiotic cream. Within 24 hours I noticed that the areas on which I had put the Themba on had healed significantly more than the other areas. I then continued to use the Themba on all the seriously affected areas and within 3 days the improvement was dramatic.
I know there is no miracle cure for eczema as I do believe that the problems lie within the body but if I can keep the skin maintained to a good standard then I know I can keep infections at bay which cause so much distress.
I now have the Themba to use whenever things are getting bad and have already recommended it to other mums who are having the same problems with their children.

Thank you so much for your Themba cream which I first purchased last summer. All my life I have been plagued by cold sores and have tried every single treatment on the market. Your Themba cream is little short of a miracle, every time I felt the tell-tale tingle I just rubbed a little cream on to the area. No cold sore has appeared since! Hello, I'm sure you must get this all the time, but I just had to thank you and your colleagues in Zimbabwe - from the bottom of my heart for what your products have done for me. I am so skeptical about these things, but the word miracle is exactly right. I'm not even sure what skin condition I had, but it was chronic facial acne rosacea or just acne or dermatitis or something... No dermatologist, allergist or hormonal specialist could help me.
I have tried all of the following over the years with absolutely zero success:
Metrogel (metronidazol)
Trimovate Cream
Hormonal pills (from a hormone specialist at the ... Hospital)
Roaccutane
Dianette
Doxycycline
Graphites
Chinese herbal medicine
Fungal creams
Pychnogenol

Etc etc! None of these even helped a tiny bit really.
I'm not sure which of your creams is doing the trick, the Themba or the Kuswera Zuro
I'm using them both twice a day one on top of the other but I've been cured, quite literally overnight, of redness and blistering embarrassing itchy stubborn deep rooted scarring pustules. The speed of healing of my existing condition is just incredible. This has changed my life especially socially, as the condition has been socially crippling.
...I'm telling everyone I know. I'm reordering now!
Now I just have a fear of not being able to get hold of the products for some reason!

I just thought you might like to know that since my son David started to use your Themba & Simba products, about 6 weeks ago, his psoriasis has greatly improved.
He has suffered for about 16 years with little relief from conventional products and only obtaining temporary relief in hot sunshine. The most startling thing has been the regrowth of his fingernails. His wife, who has known him for 9 years, has never seen him with any fingernails before. Now his toenails have started to improve.

It sounds like the ultimate cliche but these two products have literally changed my life.
I never believe in any type of miracle cure and have tried everything over the years, including roaccutane, hormone drugs, electrolysis, decades of waiting for it to ease, but Kuswera Zuro and Themba have given me my first clear healthy skin since puberty.
I suffered from a combination of persistent acne and acne rosacea and now my skin is perfect. It was socially crippling and the cure has made me a happier more confident person.
I now have a four month old baby and use the creams on his skin for mild eczema...it works a treat. I cannot recommend these products highly enough and I think they should be available on the nhs.
True miracle creams, the only genuine miracle product i have ever experienced in my life. By the way, in case of skepticism, the cessation of my 20 year old condition is nothing to do with hormonal changes after childbirth...the cure came about a year before i got pregnant.

I was recommended to use Themba by the Podiatrist, where i work, for my daughter who had persistant verrucas (she had had it reccomended to her by another colleague for verrucas which she had had for 20 years!). She had had them for seven years and nothing we tried would get rid of them.
My daughter has been using Themba for about 4 months and i am VERY glad to report that the verrucas have all gone, as have my colleagues. I and the podiatrist i work with have been recommending Themba to anyone that has verrucas or other skin problems.

I have suffered from severe cold sores for years and tried every lotion and potion you could image. At one point I was prescribed tablets by the doctor to try and reduce the occurrence of them. It was getting to the stage where I almost permanently had sores around my mouth and nose and my skin was becoming damaged. A friend at work recommended your Themba cream so having nothing to lose I ordered a jar.
The result has been amazing. I started using the cream almost every other day on the areas which always flared up. I have had one small insignificant cold sore in 8 months which is swiftly disappearing with continued use of the cream. All the area of damaged skin has repaired and my face looks so much better.
Out of curiosity I decided to apply the same cream to a cluster of 11 persistent verrucas on my 8 year old daughter's foot. I had tried the over the counter products but none of them cleared the foot. We applied the cream day and night for 3/4 weeks and to the delight of my daughter the verruccas have all vanished and the fact that the process was completely painless was a major plus for her.
A few weeks ago my son received a second degree friction burn on his shin. I've been applying Themba to that too and it is healing beautifully.

3. About SIMBA™ and FILISA™
This is my second order. The tablets (Simba and Filisa) have had a huge effect. I am now back at work twice a week for a few hours after 9 months of being house-bound!

Following a nasty bout of Glandular Fever, I have been dealing with Post Viral Fatigue Syndrome for over 2 years now. I had all the usual symptoms: fatigue, dizziness, inability to concentrate, coated tongue, recurring viruses and infections etc.
There were periods when I slept for hours every day, but still felt exhausted. The fatigue and brain fog would only cease for a couple of hours at a time, but most of the time I felt totally discombobulated.
As my symptoms didn't manifest themselves as anything anyone else could notice, sympathy and understanding was thin on the ground at times.
A diagnosis eluded me for months, during which time I struggled on at work. In January of this year I was signed off with exhaustion. At the same time my GP finally settled on a diagnosis of PVFS/ CFS, more by a process of elimination than anything else.
I chose to view this time off as an opportunity to plan and follow a manageable daily routine and started look for alternative ways to make myself feel better. Using a combination of diet, massage, light exercise, sleep, breathing techniques and alternative remedies.
My wife and I already knew Les and we turned to The Little Herbal Company for advice. Les couldn't have been more helpful and generous with her knowledge and support. Based on her advice, I started a course of both Filisa and Simba.
Although I did not initially notice an improvement in my energy, I did experience a dramatic improvement in the efficiency of my immune system. Previously, if I caught any little bug, I would be ill for weeks and my already limited strength would be completely destroyed and would take weeks to build up again. I started to feel less tired and my concentration span also improved.

4. About SIMBA™
I am just writing to tell you how much Simba has helped me. Back in 1981 I nearly died through contracting chicken pox at age 38. Since then I have been diagnosed as having an immune deficiency which results in my immune system destroying my blood platelets. I also suffered in 2001 from pyoderma gangrenosum after just knocking my arm. this is a condition which meant that my system started to eat my own flesh and I had to have two operations to remove the dead flesh.
Since that time I also had problems with serious nosebleeds and bruising due to the lack of platelets. The conventional treatment has been to give me steroids (Prednisalone) as well as Dapsone and three weekly infusions of immunoglobulin (Vigam). These treatments only kept my platelets bumbling at a low level (between 2 and 16) and I still had nosebleeds etc, Normal levels are usually over 100!
I tried dieting and other things but with no research and no developments I was fed up with little hope of improvement.
I was finally recommended to try Simba by a friend in 2009. I bought 6 months supply and after 3 months of taking 3 capsules a day found that my platelet level was consistently up to 35 or more.
By 6 months it had increased to 60 +. I have now reduced to 2 capsules daily and the levels are between 35 and 65. I no longer bruise at the slightest knock and have no nosebleeds. Also slight cuts and scrapes heal much more quickly.
I am so grateful that someone found this treatment that has so improved my quality of life!

I have been using Simba for 5 years now to keep a sudden but extremely unpleasant and persistent bout of psoriasis, in particular on my hands. I take 2 capsules a day, and haven't had a recurrance.
I have also noticed that my hay fever, which in the past had been acute for several months each summer,was very mild last year and is non existent this year. !!<

5. About FILISA™
Thank you for the prompt receipt of my order. As usual the high quality of this product and the standard of service are second to none.
Filisa has had a positive and sustained effect upon a psoriasis/eczema type condition that had developed on the back of my ears and had been troubling me for about 4 years. After 3 months of treatment with Filisa this condition completely disappeared.
Also, the menopausal night sweats that I had been enduring for the past few months disappeared without trace.

I want to say how much Filisa has helped me in such a short time of taking them.
I had become extremely stressed, exhausted and depressed due to having become the main carer to my partner. He had a fall in June and banged his head which caused him to have a bleed into his brain. Our lives will never be the same again now. He has suffered a certain amount of brain damage and at one point was very ill. I could not get any help despite desperate phone calls to the appropriate people, so I struggled on alone. Consequently I got to the point where I was utterly and absolutely exhausted and so stressed. I pulled myself together because I really had no choice. My "little friends" Filisa were my saviour again the week before and during the Christmas period.
My partner had a set-back and was admitted to hospital again. He came home on Christmas Eve in a most confused and disorientated state.
It was a very trying few days when he first got home, but thanks to Filisa I coped without any trouble. I still cannot believe how I take things in my stride now where before I would be a wreck. I feel sure that my new found calmness has helped him because I am not on edge for "want-of-a-better-word" nagging at him to do the smallest thing. It is not plain sailing by any means but I do not get so anxious or uptight about things. I feel so well within myself too.

I have suffered from rosacia around my nose (in the classic triangular shape) for a long time and had been on prescription antibiotics from my GP for years. After reading about your Kuswero Zuro in an article in the Sunday Times magazine, I thought I would give it a go. I started using it in 2005 and almost immediately the improvement was obvious. I stopped the antibiotics and have not had to take them since.
Each summer I stop using the cream to see if the condition has cleared up completely but so far this has not been the case. Within a few days of stopping I can feel the discomfort starting again and so go back to applying the cream and all is well again. I use it morning and night and it really does work.
The new batch you sent me a few weeks ago seems the best yet - easy to apply and very effective. I am so pleased that you make this cream available and that it works so well for me.

7. About our PIMPLE PACK
I first heard about the Pimple Pack through the "Whats the Alternative" page in 'Style' magazine in the Sunday Times.
I was desperate. I had always suffered the odd spot since late teenage-hood but it was when I became pregnant with my second son and then my third that suddenly I had full blown acne and rosacia. I tried EVERYTHING bar antibiotics. All the other stuff either had no effect or totally aggravated my skin and made it worse as I have very sensitive skin. It was so bad I got those wierd looks from people in the street and well intentioned advice from complete strangers.
I decided to give the Pimple Pack a try as it had a good review in 'Style' and slowly but surely the magic began to happen. I made a concerted effort to drink more water. I used a cream with linseed oil in it for sensitive skin. And I used the Pimple Pack everyday. The redness started to go and then the acne started to clear up. Within three months my skin was clear. I still suffer the odd spot but as soon as it starts to show I use the Tea Tree Oil and the Themba cream and it goes away.
I also noticed that the African Tea Tree Oil doesn't agravate my skin like the other tea tree oils on the market.
I wholeheartedly recommend the Pimple Pack to anyone who suffers from spots and rosacea. It really is fantastic!
